An exceptionally skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer, Lee J. Greytak has been extensively involved in all aspects of business operations since 1983.
Lee has been involved with long term strategic planning and budgeting. He has negotiated company acquisitions and over 800 commercial and industrial lease either as landlord, tenant or subtenant. He also handled banking, investments, equipment financing, insurance, prepared business recovery plans, computer hardware and software selection and software system conversions, prepared Request for Proposal’s (RFQ’s) for the selection of Real Estate Brokers, CPA Firms, Law Firms, Banks and Insurance Brokers.

Mr. Marc Bates has been involved in Information Technology (IT) and Telephony for almost 30 years. In that time, he has been directly involved in the design and installation of business telephone systems and data networks for the past seven years. As a project manager he was responsible for the successful rollout of many integrated systems including IVR data retrieval systems, multi-state call centers and several large national and international VoIP communication systems.
Mr. Bates has been a pioneer in the IT field. He prototyped the first real-time electronic ordering systems for NCR while a team member of the PC Division. He helped in the design and marketing of an IVR system for security systems and managed the development of an educational web site securely delivering individualized content to elementary schools in California.
Mr. Bates brings an impressive educational background, currently a PhD candidate in IT Project Manager. In addition, Mr. Bates holds many certifications in Telephony and Project Management.
